The primary goal of Missy's classes is to teach people how to improve their bodily awareness through yoga, and ultimately help them to live better in their bodies. Each of her classes are an interwoven assortment of valuable self-care techniques including myofascial release, corrective exercise, and traditional yoga postures. Missy completed her 200-hour teacher training through Sacred Rivers Yoga. She is also a certified Yoga Tune Up® Level 1 Teacher, a certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, and a certified dog trainer. Missy has an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and when she’s not teaching yoga or training dogs, you can find her immersed in the pursuit of furthering her education in human and canine fitness conditioning.
