Rachel Taylor

Rachel Taylor (RYT-200, RPYT, Yoga Tune Up(R)) is a movement and mindfulness teacher who specializes in working with pregnancy, parents and families, and school teachers. She taught middle and high school history for 12 years, where she experienced the power mindfulness and movement practices have to help students and teachers work and feel better. As mother of a young son and another on the way, Rachel knows firsthand how important mindfulness and movement practices are for pregnancy and parenting, and is passionate about sharing these practices with families from all backgrounds.
