My daily Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball routine always includes a roll out for the upper back. My day involves driving in the car, teaching, and sitting (or standing) at my desk. All activities are in front of me, which makes it very tempting to slouch! My upper back tends to be very tight and knotty, as it is with many people who also drive or work at a computer all day. A quick rub down for the upper back will helps to refresh and rehydrate these overworked muscles.

I want to try the therapy balls. what size do you recommend I start with? 2.5 “or 3.5”. I have neck, back and hip issues. I’m running and doing yoga, but need something more. Thanks

I, too, have a daily upper back roll out. I have been doing this but haven’t tried the pick fork arm. The benefits of a daily practice–it can be just a few minutes, have profoundly helped with pain.

I am so pleased that I found this article. It is 18 months ago that I did my first RMM course and I have loved using the balls and introducing them to my students and anyone who will listen to me wax lyrical about them. As a practitioner, having your students understand that they can apply these balls to any everyday situation for their relief and not just when coming to class; is a win!

I use my therapy balls everywhere (at work, in the car, at the gym, on the sidelines watching my son at soccer practice). They are a lifesaver!

Good idea, i hope that car maker will that option in the new year model. I will prefer have some ball to keep my back in good shape on my seat rather then 10 or more speaker or any of those gadgets……Merci
