30 Min Rollout: Myofascial Tune Up with Jill Miller (Live Stream)

This class is your self-massage wish list of Roll Model® Method fixes for body parts easily neglected in daily living.

Each 30 minute rollout hones in on hot-spots like your texting thumb, grinding jaw, sleepy bottom or that “ache in the neck.” It guides you through highly targeted massage of local areas that lead to global improvements throughout your body. These Rollouts leave no body part untouched as you cycle through new parts each week.

You’ll become an anatomical whiz as you learn, feel and embody your body. Props used: Roll Model® Therapy Balls, but you can use tennis balls or similar self-myofascial release tools.
