For most of us, the shared landscape between the shoulders and neck is an undifferentiated, strangling thicket. This class will help you reclaim lost strength, ease, and range of motion in these areas. While the upper-extremity is the focus, we’ll use dynamic strengthening and coordination of the entire body to refine the felt sense of the limbs’ relationship to it, it’s position in space and orientation in gravity. This class is an adequate bridge to Louis’ two hour Sunday session. Simple. Not Gentle. All levels welcome. Class ends with transportive relaxation and concentration practice.
