Join me & your fellow tuner uppers in NYC for 4 days of Core Integration Immersion and exploration.
In addition to daily workshop-style classes, we'll also be gathering for group meal(s), exploring and enjoying one of NYC's outdoor parks together and taking in a Wednesday evening Broadway show (tbd).
Instead of "scattering" at lunch and after th  immersion, we'll have an opportunity to hang out and enjoy each other's company in and around Manhattan.
NOTE: These additional activities are 100% optional.  They are not included in the cost of the Immersion.  Participants will pay for each activity on the day of the of the event.

For yoga teachers, advanced yoga practitioners, pilates and fitness teachers, massage therapists, dancers, martial artists and anyone looking for deeper access to diaphragmatic core suppleness and strength.
This 4-day immersion is designed to enhance your connection to the abdominal core and is filled with practical tools for integrating breath mechanics & deep core work into your practice and teaching.
The YTU Core Integration embodied anatomy exercises enable you to systematically travel within your core to explore the key structures that mobilize and stabilize the spine.
You will be introduced to several core-related breath techniques to directly experience your diaphragm.  You will also experience daily self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, including deep abdominal/diaphragm/visceral massage using the inflatable Coregeous® therapy ball.
Unique empowerment exercises will address the emotional blocks that often obscure core work.
Learn how to apply this innovative core work to your daily movement practice, use it with your professional clients and apply it to your group classes.
