EAGLE – Fly a New Frontier: Evolution Series - Class #12

Let’s balance on one foot while we adduct like crazy. That’s my rename for this strange and wonderful pose that puts so many limbs akimbo, and yet we find a way to assemble and balance. If your knees or single leg balancing have been the obstacle for you, this class gives you some new modification options for success.

After doing the EAGLE class, we recommend you also do the following class from the Replay Library.

You Know Squat

The reason I'm pairing this replay class with the new EAGLE Class is that while Eagle can feel awkward, discombobulating and even juvenile, the Squat feels like its stable older relative. Master the Squat alongside your Eagle so that youthful and mature sides of you can soar along together.

Evolution Series Mentor Class #3 - The Strength in the Spiral

In the next phase of MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL Jill goes back to her roots, teaching 16 different one hour classes, breaking down and building into well-known Yoga Poses as the focus of each class. Using Roll Model® balls, other props and novel strength building exercises, Jill strategically sequences to properly prep the body for each pose. 

One new class will be released every week, over a 4 week period, followed by a Live Mentor Zoom call the next week which is focused on the last four weeks’ classes.
