In this workshop, we will identify some major muscles of our hip joints. With the help of the Roll model therapy ball, we would go deep inside the connective tissues that you didn’t know existed. This effective tool can give spaciousness, release and hydration in our entire hips. After the delicious guided self massage, we would practice Yoga Tune Up® corrective exercise to balance out the hip joints. As a result you will feel a tremendous relief…. and just about every movement will become easier and pain free!
