The shoulder joint takes a lot of abuse during the day. Overuse of the smart phone or PC,
carrying heavy groceries in one hand,  often the shoulders and arms are fixed in one  position that can cause the back to slouch and the breathing to become labored. We were born with big mobility in our shoulder, but because of our modern lifestyle, most of us feel the restriction, pain or crackling sound when we attempt to move.
In this workshop, we will probe the muscles which are responsible for our shoulder movement, and learn to roll on the Roll model therapy ball.  With this targeted self massage, you will be amazed how freeing the shoulder can feel. Then we will work with Yoga Tune up® corrective exercise to move the shoulder in every direction, untangle and lubricate the joint. This will help you to perform most of the yoga poses like down dog with ease,  as well as  your daily activities and breathing. This workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to increase their mobility,  people with recent injury, yoga students and teachers, PT, OT, physical trainers and physical therapists.
