LOCUST - Whole Body Extension and Then Some: Evolution Series - Class #11

Locusts, they are one of the plagues that I learned about in the Old Testament. But honestly, I don't know why locusts, or grasshoppers in yoga asana resemble the actual insect. Please message me about that. What I love about this pose is the whole amount of extension you compound in this famous whole body backbend. This class is a safe primer to use as a blueprint for any backbend.
