Whether you’re rolling on the road, rejoicing in your role as a parent, or glued to your keyboard endlessly, this workshop will give you some rollief.
Using a combination of anatomical prowess, specific self-myofascial release techniques and novel body tune up exercises, you’ll avail yourself of the irritation caused by forward head on neck posture and address “Upper Crossed Syndrome.”
