The Science of Rolling training empowers you to personally adopt and teach simple and effective self-myofascial release practices.​

What do you learn?

Roll Model® Therapy Balls are a soft-tissue conditioning tool that can be used as an adjunct offering within personal training, stretch, Pilates, wellness coaching, yoga, massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic and other clinical or mental health settings, children or special populations.
These on–the–go balls improve body coordination, reduce pain and improve movement.
They can be used in a variety of settings; office, home, gym, clinic and yoga/Pilates studios.

Amplify your personal embodiment and learn applicable fascia science, bony landmarks, myofascial junctions, and pain physiology. Master specialized ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common high-tension areas. You will learn 6 head-to-toe series proven to affect profound change in the rotator cuff, upper back, neck, jaw, hips, lower back, IT Band, calves, and feet.

If you attend the full course, submit required homework you will receive 8 hour certificate of attendance from Tune Up Fitness Worldwide which offers CECs for NASM, ACSM, AFAA, ACE​. Additionally, you'll receive Level 1 Myofascial Release Certification from Yoga Training Australia providing CECS with Yoga Alliance Australia/International & USA.

Complete TRMM : SOR homework and pass
Attend TRMM: Ball Sequencing and Innovation Course
Complete Correspondence Exam Online and pass

About Your Trainer, Lee-Anne Heron ND:
Lee is based in Perth, West Australia and is a Functional Anatomy, Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Tune Up® The Roll Model Method Trainer and is on faculty on Teacher Trainings throughout Australia and Asia and teaches workshops worldwide.

Lee provokes teachers/allied health professionals to consider the purpose and function of what we teach and how we can view different bodies as individuals, honouring unique skeletal variation, body proportion and history to assist guide every student to a meaningful practice. 

With  over 17 years in clinical practice in naturopathy, a wide range of manual therapy qualifications, and over 1000 hours in Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® teacher training, expect to experience a vast toolkit of tests, languaging, modifications, alternate asana/movements, breath, mindfulness, yoga tune up®, myofascial release, proprioception, interoception processes to assist any teaching to guide our students to an embodied and empowered practice on the mat and beyond.
