Help for Tight Hips

Massage into every nook and cranny of your hips - unwinding knots and adhesions, increasing range of motion, and decreasing pain. Uncover the habits that create feelings of disharmony and learn techniques to help under or overused tissues become vital again through intelligently targeted exercise.

This workshop will familiarize you with the anatomy of your hips and get your tissues humming harmoniously. A perfect compliment to your current yoga or fitness practice. Students of ALL fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome.
