The Roll Model® Method - The Science of Rolling

The Science of Rolling training empowers you to teach effective self-myofascial release techniques that can be used in a variety of settings. You will learn the science behind the Roll Model® method and you’ll experience how the RMM-balls can help improve proprioception and range of motion as well as reduce pain.

Training content:
-          Basic anatomy (bony landmarks, muscles and fascia)
-          Introduction to pain science and how Roll Model® Therapy balls can help ease muscle tension and restore fascial health.
-          Six self-massage sequences for your feet, legs, hips, back, shoulders, neck & jaw.
