Roll Model Method Practitioner Training
For yoga and Pilates teachers, personal trainers, coaches, manual therapists, clinicians, and mental-health professionals.
Self-massage is a fundamental practice for fostering internal anatomical listening skills and enhancing embodiment. This training introduces the science of how and why self-massage using the Roll Model Method works, and offers the latest on fascial research, pain science, therapy ball applications for multiple populations, and creative strategies to craft your own effective therapy ball sequences for yourself and others.

This 2-day program features two contrasting days of science, creativity, programming and self-massage embodiment. Day 1 is The Roll Model Method–Science of Rolling, day 2 is The Roll Model Method–Ball Sequencing and Innovation.

Explore your body from head to toe and inside-out as you learn sequences that build awareness, reduce pain, and improve performance in the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, hands, feet, face, breath mechanics, and so much more. Discover ways to weave self-myofascial release into your current offerings and distinguish your teaching of myofascial self-care for every client and context.
Learn the art of crafting test/retest scenarios to provide instant feedback of improved function or reduced pain.

Refine your anatomical fluency of bony landmarks, muscular attachments, and the fascial seam-system through experiential mapping strategies.
  • Craft Self-Care Solutions: Fortify your instruction with fact-based solutions to help your clients boost performance
  • Repetitive Stress Address: Design sequences that solve the strains of modern life
  • Body Blind Spots: Identify areas of neglect and transform chronic pain
This module is open to all levels of student/educator/clinician. There is no pre-requisite to attend.
Note Tuition includes a complete Roll Model Therapy Ball kit
