Stretch Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself

Are you trying to crush it in the gym but your body just doesn't move in the ways you want it to so you can hit your next PR? Do you spend a lot of time sitting all day and everything hurts? Are you wanting to learn how to move better in your body but not sure where to start? If so, join us for the Yoga Tune Up® winter workshop!

This 4 week series will tackle the body from the ground up as we work through some of the most common problems that plague all of us and each class will build upon the previous one. At the end of the 4 weeks you will have a better understanding of how YOUR body moves as well as a ton of new ways to level up your self care game that will have you smashing your old PRs, moving better throughout your day, and feeling like a body rockstar.

Week 1: Feet and Legs is the focus as we roll away our plantar fasciitis with the therapy balls, improve ankle mobility and more. 

Week 2 is dedicated to the hips and glutes as we tackle common problems like tight hip flexors and sciatica.

Week 3 is all about the back and core, strengthening and stretching those commonly overused (and poorly moved) areas.

Week 4 we will explore all things problematic with the head, neck and shoulders. Stretch, strengthen and stabilize is the name of the game here!
