Are you someone who has trouble getting out of bed at 6am for a heart-pumping yoga class? Early Bird Tune Up® is for you! Spend 45 minutes breathing, being, and releasing tension from the body. Pain and stress exist not only in our muscles, but in our connective tissues and the pathways of the brain as well. Based on the The Roll Model® method, we'll use rubber therapy balls to create targeted myofascial relief, and simple breath, meditation, and somatic practices to reduce stress.
