Tuesday: 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
This 60-minute class blends traditional yoga poses with movement exercises that build both stability and flexibility. A typical class includes warmups, breath-based movement, strengthening/stabilizing exercises, a cool down and savasana. As with any yoga class, connecting the mind, body and spirit is key. If your goal is to live more comfortably in your body no matter what kind of movement you like to do, this class is for you. While all levels are welcome, please note that this class is not a “gentle” class and requires the ability/desire to connect with your body/your anatomy.
