Focus on the functional anatomy and dynamic embodiment of your hips, legs, knees, ankles, and feet in 5 Live Stream modules over two weekends. We will meet via  Zoom on Friday, May 7 & 14: 5-7:30pm CST, 6-8:30pm EST, 3-5:30pm PST, Saturday May 8 & 15 1-4:30pm CST, 2-5:30 EST, 11-2:30pm PST, and Sunday May 16: 1-4pm CST, 2-5pm EST, 11am-2pm PST.  **PLEASE NOTE: Livestream sessions are offered in real time only. Playbacks and delayed viewing are not available. One-on-One sessions may be arranged, please inquire if needed.

**Fill your tool-kit with experiential anatomy practices and self-care strategies to heighten your understanding of the lower body. Improve strength, mobility and integrated body awareness. You’ll be guided through a variety of embodied movement drills, assessments, and unique scenarios that can be utilized in your classroom, with private clients, or your personal practice. Gain insight on integrating novel hip and lower body movements into your teaching modality.

** Each day begins with a performance-focused workshop that incorporates self-massage techniques using a variety of Roll Model® Therapy Balls followed by a movement-based session loaded with uniquely conceptualized Yoga Tune Up® moves. Master your lower body connectivity to improve posture and performance while reducing pain.

The Hips Immersion course is appropriate for all students and movement educators who wish to deepen their knowledge and somatic understanding of the human body.
