Juan Pablo Munoz

Juan Pablo Munoz - Yoga Tune Up ® Teacher
In 2013, Juan Pablo started yoga for the physical aspect of the practice. He wanted to change his workout routine while increasing his flexibility. Very quickly he discovered a passion that went beyond the physical realm. Little by little, he started feeling the mental and spiritual benefits as well. 

To deepen his practice, he completed a Vinyasa teacher training at Luna Yoga and a Yoga Tune Up® teacher training in 2016. Juan Pablo now wants to share these benefits.

Juliana Hardy

Juliana began her study of human movement over 20 years ago as a massage therapist. As an athlete and coach, she believes deeply in the power of self-care, injury prevention, and the all the empowerment that comes with it.

Juliana uses functional movement and her knowledge of anatomy to complement her teaching and feels that these are critical to pursuing your interest in movement in the gym and in life.

Julie Mackey

Hi, I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500) who has been intrigued with human movement my entire life.  I have studied respiration, anatomy, physiology, movement science and mindfulness meditation.    I empower my clients with self-discovery information tools, prevention tips and self-care techniques to manage aches and pains (both for the physical and the mental types of pain).

Juliet Hewitt

I teach an alignment-based yoga practice with an emphasis on taking the body through a full range of motion to find freedom and an enhanced sense of well being.  I’ve successfully used yoga to minimize the effects of my own scoliosis and I am passionate about teaching others how to use yoga to feel good in their bodies.  I have studied therapeutic yoga with Jill Miller, Doug Keller, and Martin Kirk.  I have also trained with Elise Browning Miller on yoga specifically for scoliosis.  I teach group classes as well as give private lessons.  I also work full

Kara Stafford

Love. Play. Explore! Kara has a passion for movement and anatomy that began with dance and extended into teaching Pilates as an apprentice at the age of 17. A few years later, she was the youngest teacher to enter and complete the certification program from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Kara's love of anatomy led to a certificate and career in diagnostic ultrasound but after working in the field for several years she realized how much she missed teaching movement.

Karen Kolbinson

Karen has a longstanding interest in fitness, movement and health promotion.  She was attending a fitness center for weight classes and spin classes when she was also introduced to yoga.  She was initially interested in improving her flexibility through yoga but soon learned that the practice offered a myriad of other benefits.  She pursued and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012 and also went on to complete a 30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training.  Karen now teaches yoga in a fitness center as well as a yoga studio setting.  Karen has been a Physical Therap

Karen was born to teach.  Many call he an Edu-Tainer.  Her unique teaching style keeps her students captivated, motivated and engaged. Her passion and mission is to help everBODY live better in their BODY.  Karen’s fitness specialties are focus on improving the over all health and well being of all  individuals. Her background teaching dance, judging, coaching and choreographing gymnastics gives her a unique perspective, knowledge and understanding of  biomechanics and embodiment.
