Karolyne LaFortune

Karolyne LaFortune, owner of Iron X Fitness, a pole dance for fitness studio in Ottawa, Ontario
Karolyne is the Founder/President of Iron X Fitness, a boutique pole studio in Ottawa, Canada. 

Karolyne grew up performing dance and music. She discovered pole in 2009 and it was love at first spin! The confidence, strength and flexibility she gained through pole dancing was life changing and she wants to share that with her students.

She has competed in several pole fitness competitions. She placed 1st at the PSO Canada East L5 Entertainment 2018 and 2nd in Aerial Hoop at the Toronto Pro Supershow 2016.

Kate Hamm

Kate Hamm has been assisting others in improving their health and wellness for over 10 years as a personal trainer, fitness/yoga instructor and hiking guide. The past five years were spent at the award winning resort The Ranch Malibu and The Ranch 4.0. She recently relocated to her home state of Massachusetts to launch AnamBliss.

Kate Krumsiek

Meet Kate. She is fascinated by movement and is constantly searching for new ways to stimulate interest in building and maintaining health in her students’ bodies. Drawing on a vast background of anatomical knowledge, she incorporates the science of the body with the innate intuition of human movement in her classes. As a longtime yoga and Yoga Tune Up® teacher and a current teacher training student of Peak Pilates, she blends a variety of movement styles, coupled with self-massage and mobility techniques, to craft instruction that targets a broad spectrum of needs.

Katharina Schmitt

Katharina Schmitt
Katharina is a Darmstadt-based Yoga and Meditation teacher, scientist on Corporate Sustainability and a Yoga Tune Up® certified teacher. With a background in classical dance, her passion for Yoga started in 2008 when she visited a beginner’s Yoga class in her then hometown Berlin.

Kathryn Waters

Kat has been involved in dance and sport from an early age, completing her BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre at the Laban Centre, London in 2000. Introduced to yoga in a gym to supplement her dance training, her formal study began much later with Jana Appleyard in London in 2006. Kat was fortunate to be an apprentice of Jana's, studying and practicing the Shadow Yoga method for five years.

Kati Terray

Kati Terray is the co-owner of Breakthrough Strength & Fitness in Woodland Hills, CA, and has been coaching clients to reach their fitness goals since 2009. In addition to being a Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a Level I teacher of iRest Yoga Nidra, a StrongFirst Level II Kettlebell and Barbell Instructor, a Functional Movement Specialist and a Precision Nutrition Coach.

Katie Rutterer

For 30+ years, Modern Dance was Katie Rutterer's main source of movement.  After discovering yoga, she realized that there was a spiritual component to her movement that had previously been missing and became an RYT-200 in 2011.  Katie discovered Yoga Tune Up ® through her work as a CrossFitting yoga teacher.  After becoming a CrossFit coach in 2016, she looked for ways to incorporate more yoga and body awareness into her athletes.  She became a Yoga Tune Up ® certified teacher in 2017.
