Gina Decker

Gina began the practice of yoga 20 years ago. A doctor had recommended she look into yoga to gain more flexibility. She went on to teaching yoga and later to teaching others how to teach this amazing practice. Gina has been teaching in the Inland Empire since 2001. She completed her 200 level teacher training with Devi Yoga in Claremont, Ca. After completing two other teacher trainings including YogaWorks and YogaFit, Gina received her 500 level teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga under the direction of Erika Faith.

Gloria Herdt

Shortly after moving to Boston in 2009, I experienced my first of many Hemiplegic migraine attacks that left me with temporary paralysis and chronic neck/back pain. With my hectic, anxiety-ridden life as a Real Estate Broker only adding to my body’s discomfort, I desperately searched for answers and relief from the pain.

Heather Dawson

Heather came to yoga to relieve her back and knee pain she was having from running. After experiencing the positive and powerful healing benefits of yoga, Heather was compelled to take the teacher training program at Kushala Yoga in 2011. Heather believes yoga is for everyone and finds great personal joy in helping students discover what is right for them. She feels blessed to be surrounded by a beautiful community of teachers and practitioners who give so much, and are a constant source of knowledge, guidance and inspiration.

Heather Longoria

I am a 200 HR RYT who loves helping people increase mobility while also decreasing stress.  I discovered yoga several years ago and immediately fell in love with it when the teacher literally relaxed every muscle in my body simply with her voice during savasana. I had to learn this magic!!  Several years later, my favorite asana to teach and to practice is still savasana.

Heather Stoken

Heather Stoken has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She enjoys teaching in schools and studios throughout beautiful Portland, OR. In 2013 Heather trained in Yoga Tune Up®, which has helped to bring a deeper element of self care, body awareness and play to her teaching. It is with thoughtfulness and enthusiasm that she helps each student feel a deeper and more empowered connection to the way their body moves.

Heather Wielgos, CMT

Heather is passionate about bodywork and movement.  She has been an nationally certified massage therapist thought the NCBTMB since 2008 and is a California certified massage therapist (CMT).  Over the course of the last eight years of her bodywork career Heather's philosophy on movement has evolved through the teachings of people like Perry Nickelston, Kelly Starrett, and Jill Miller. Constantly looking for answers to help improve the quality of life of her patients is what drives Heather as a bodyworker.

Heidi Broecking

Heidi found her yoga and meditation practices twenty years ago as a new parent. While primarily a Zen practitioner, she has discovered many different meditation methods and believes there is an opportunity for meditation and mindfulness in any (and every) action or moment. She received her certification as an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher in 2014. Heidi is a 500-hour educated RYT and received her 200-hour and 300-hour advanced certifications in 2010 and 2018 respectively. She has also completed additional anatomy coursework with Tiffany Cruikshank.

Heidi Schaul-Yoder

Heidi Schaul-Yoder first came to yoga in 2007 to recover and find nourishment after a violin-playing related injury. Her own healing process has inspired a deep fascination with the therapeutic and meditative aspects of yoga. She delights in creating a space for students to discover their wholeness and innate healing potential through playful self-inquiry. An avid student of movement and mindfulness, Heidi's classes are infused with an inventive spirit while also creating a place of stillness from which we can access more of our power and grow into our potential.
