Heather Dawson

Heather came to yoga to relieve her back and knee pain she was having from running. After experiencing the positive and powerful healing benefits of yoga, Heather was compelled to take the teacher training program at Kushala Yoga in 2011. Heather believes yoga is for everyone and finds great personal joy in helping students discover what is right for them. She feels blessed to be surrounded by a beautiful community of teachers and practitioners who give so much, and are a constant source of knowledge, guidance and inspiration.

Heather Longoria

I am a 200 HR RYT who loves helping people increase mobility while also decreasing stress.  I discovered yoga several years ago and immediately fell in love with it when the teacher literally relaxed every muscle in my body simply with her voice during savasana. I had to learn this magic!!  Several years later, my favorite asana to teach and to practice is still savasana.

Heather Stoken has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She enjoys teaching in schools and studios throughout beautiful Portland, OR. In 2013 Heather trained in Yoga Tune Up®, which has helped to bring a deeper element of self care, body awareness and play to her teaching. Heather Wielgos, CMT

Heather is passionate about bodywork and movement.  She has been an nationally certified massage therapist thought the NCBTMB since 2008 and is a California certified massage therapist (CMT).  Over the course of the last eight years of her bodywork career Heather's philosophy on movement has evolved through the teachings of people like Perry Nickelston, Kelly Starrett, and Jill Miller. Constantly looking for answers to help improve the quality of life of her patients is what drives Heather as a bodyworker.

Heidi Broecking

I am a 200 hour YA-RYT and Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® teacher.  I discovered Yoga in 1998, in an attempt not to lose my "new mommy" mind. My exploration into Yoga has included Kundalini, Iyengar-inspired yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.  Both the physical aspects of asana and the thoughtful, meditative parts of the yogic path inform my daily life and teaching practice.

Heidi Schaul-Yoder first came to yoga in 2007 to recover and find nourishment after a violin-playing related injury. Her own healing process has inspired a deep fascination with the therapeutic and meditative aspects of yoga. She delights in creating a space for students to discover their wholeness and innate healing potential through playful self-inquiry. An avid student of movement and mindfulness, Heidi's classes are infused with an inventive spirit while also creating a place of stillness from which we can access more of our power and grow into our potential.

I have been teaching movement  for over 25 years, owning and managing a successful studio and teaching private classes as well. I believe in living life fully, engaging both the mental and physical body.  And with that, I want to share my energy to assist people in understanding they have the  tools and empowerment to be healtheir and stronger and live a quality life, no matter what age.  Throughout my career I have continually taken steps to educate myself in various modalities such as pilates,  yoga and strength training.

Helen Maria Keenan

Helen Maria Keenan- Roll Model®, YTU and Vinyasa yoga teacher
Helen Keenan, YTT 200, is the first Yoga Tune Up® teacher in the UK, and one of only two Roll Model® Method teacher trainers across Europe. Her teaching career began rooted in vinyasa yoga, inspired and influenced by her background in dance and recreational athletic sporting. Helen specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and safe practice for dancers and athletes. Helen provides teacher trainings, workshops, private sessions and retreats across the UK and Ireland. Some retreats also take place in selected countries across Europe.
