Jasmine Ellemo

I have always maintained that what we do today impacts our tomorrows and believe strongly that proper nutrition, movement, exercise, stress management and relationship building is crucial to health and wellness.

My  trilingual childhood (English, French and German) childhood was spent studying ballet and riding horses. I studied dance at Université de Montreal and taught Ballet Jazz, Aqua Fit, Pre-Natal, Fitness and CPR through the 80's. It was at this time that I began learning how to play tennis, ski and windsurf.

Jeanne Servais

Jeanne is a certified yoga instructor and a licensed Yoga Tune Up (R) teacher. She enjoys teaching yoga to new practitioners through her Introduction to Yoga series, helping people realize the benefits of a yoga practice and the power of their breath . Her pursuits to help people age gracefully and live well in their bodies have directed her studies toward learning more about movement modalities, including the biomechanics related to yoga and Yoga Tune Up (R). Every YTU workshop I've taken, has motivated me to take another.

Jill Dunkley

Jill Dunkley originally came to yoga to help reduce work stress. The profound results she experienced connecting her mind and body through yoga led to a trip to India in the mid- 1990’s. She traveled alone in the Himalayas of Northern India where she had many adventures including staying for a month in Dharamsala in the foothills of the Himalayas and having a chance meeting with the Dalai Lama . This  experience changed the direction of her life towards full-time yoga teaching as of 2000.

Jill Haas

Jill took her first yoga class in 2003, but did not start a consistent practice until years later when she found herself feeling unhealthy in her life as a mom to a medically fragile daughter.   Through a consistent yoga practice and completion of a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course, she found a deep connection and love of the practices of yoga and mindfulness, both on and off the mat.   These practices helped her achieve strength and acceptance, and the space to find understanding in the gift she was given through her relationship with her greatest teacher, her dau
