Ik ben een van de eerste Tune Up Fitness® en The Roll Model Method® Teachers in Nederland en een zelfverklaarde body nerd. Met een achtergrond in klassieke dans, Ashtanga Yoga en bekend met chronische rugpijn, vond ik in maart 2015 het werk van Jill. 
Haar werk en dat van Dinneen Viggiano (TUF & Retrain Back Pain®) heeft me geholpen pijnvrij te worden en weer voluit te kunnen leven!

Kirsten Trued

Kirsten, E-RYT500, is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher and has always been involved in some form of creative expression connecting with her body. Yoga Tune Up® has allowed that connection to grow into a deeper understanding of her inner strength and self expression. She continues to expand her knowledge through trainings in restorative/therapeutic yoga as well as Yin Yoga and meditation.

Kristin Kandyba


I have been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 4 years. I bring mindful yet playful energy to my teaching and have a multidisciplinary approach that blends yoga philosophy, functional movement, and fascial science. As a yoga teacher and movement educator, I aim to empower people to be more connected to their bodies and encourage self-care and self-inquiry.

Kyoko Jasper

Kyoko Jasper (ERYT-500) is an integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher.  ​As a former musical theater performer, Kyoko loves any types of movement. When she discovered Vinyasa yoga in 2000, it changed her life. Through her long journey of trial and error, and after several debilitating injuries, she discovered Yoga Tune Up® developed by Jill Miller. She got certified in YTU in 2011 and in 2015, she became a YTU teacher trainer. Then in 2016, she launched Yoga Tune Up Japan® and began leading workshops and trainings all over the world.

Lace Ang

Lace‘s yoga journey started in 2009, when she still had a full-time corporate job. She stepped onto her (borrowed) mat, hoping to get a good workout to de-stress. She got so much more. The energised feeling she got after each class, the ever-evolving discoveries about herself, and the constant reminder of the power of the breath are what made her develop a deeper love for the practice.

Larry Watanabe

Larry Watanabe is a professor of physical education and head wrestling coach at Mt. San Antonio College.  He is coordinator of the martial arts and yoga programs at the school.  Larry has certifications in Yoga Tune Up and Prime of Life Yoga.

Lashaun Dale

Lashaun Dale began teaching fitness classes as a teenager  in Whitefish, Montana and now offers workshops, seminars and master-classes nationally and abroad. Lashaun holds degrees in International Relations, Philosophy and Applied Anthropology, and an MPH from the School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York. She also teaches group and private classes and is Creative Manager of Group Fitness at Equinox Fitness Clubs. Lashaun is certified and by NSCA, IYCA Yoga-Tune Up and CHEK specializing in yoga, core strength, flexibility training and youth fitness.

Laura Davies

Born in Western Australia, Laura has grown deep roots in the mountains of Whistler, BC Canada. Her adventurous lifestyle includes rock climbing, trail running, skiing and yoga. Laura has learned to balance her 40 hour per week desk job with many physical demanding adventure sports.
Trainings in Baptiste Power Vinyasa and Yoga Tune Up® have developed her passion for the human body, authentic movement and alignment.
Laura’s classes encourage students to work within the unique architecture of their own bodies and to be focused on what is happening in the present moment.

Laurel Beversdorf, B.F.A, E-RYT 500, is the creator of Yoga with Resistance Bands Classes and Trainings and Body of Knowledge Anatomy and Biomechanics workshops. A Yoga Tune Up® trainer and senior teacher and teacher trainer for YogaWorks, Laurel regularly presents trainings and workshops at locations like Kripalu, YogaWorks, and studios across the world. An interdisciplinary movement educator specializing in anatomy, biomechanics and yoga teaching pedagogy, Laurel is committed to raising the bar on the content and quality of yoga education. Laurel is based out of YogaWorks in NYC.
