Holly Clemens

Holly Clemens, Ph.D. is a Professor of Sport & Exercise Studies at Cuyahoga Community College, a Certified Teacher for Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains, a Yoga Tune-Up Certified Teacher, and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).   Holly has a Ph.D. in Health Education & Promotion, M.Ed. in Exercise Science, and B.S. in Physical Education.   She has been teaching at the College level for 20+ years, with an emphasis in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and exercise testing/exercise prescription.

Many have called me a natural healer following the lineage  of my Great Grandmother.  My interest in Yoga Tune Up started as a cost effective alternate  to the $10,000 I was spending on health practitioners to help me deal with my pain and migraines.  Being able to manage my physical limitations without drugs or frequent appointments to Physio, message, chiropractic, message and acupuncture gave me my active life back. It is amazingly freeing to have control of what I do and when I can fo it.

Ilene Cohen

I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, and am passionate about integrating my diverse background to help others. I completed YogaWorks' 200-hour teacher training and ISHTA Yoga's 300-hour training in New York City, as well as numerous other specialty trainings including prenatal, postnatal and restorative yoga.

Jackie Leduc

I am a movement specialist with over 30 years of experience teaching proper body mechanics and body awareness. My education includes a B.Ed. Majoring in Physical Education, Specializing in Fitness (Kinesiology) as well as Graduate Studies in Exercise Physiology from McGill University in Montreal. I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher,  Yoga Tune-up teacher and TraumaPractik Practitioner to name a few.  I currently own the Hikano Wellness in Motion Studio in Cumberland Ontario and am a frequent guest on TV and Radio Experts on Call type shows in Ottawa.

Jasmine Ellemo

I have always maintained that what we do today impacts our tomorrows and believe strongly that proper nutrition, movement, exercise, stress management and relationship building is crucial to health and wellness.

My  trilingual childhood (English, French and German) childhood was spent studying ballet and riding horses. I studied dance at Université de Montreal and taught Ballet Jazz, Aqua Fit, Pre-Natal, Fitness and CPR through the 80's. It was at this time that I began learning how to play tennis, ski and windsurf.

Jeanne Servais

Jeanne is a certified yoga instructor and a licensed Yoga Tune Up (R) teacher. She enjoys teaching yoga to new practitioners through her Introduction to Yoga series, helping people realize the benefits of a yoga practice and the power of their breath . Her pursuits to help people age gracefully and live well in their bodies have directed her studies toward learning more about movement modalities, including the biomechanics related to yoga and Yoga Tune Up (R). Every YTU workshop I've taken, has motivated me to take another.
