Linda Arcuri

Linda has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1997 and has found them to be a tremendous source of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Following her alignment-focused 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lillah Schwartz, Linda’s studies of the Yoga Tune Up® method represent a natural evolution in the development of her yoga teaching skills. Linda’s classes are thoughtfully sequenced, with a focus on exploration, inquiry, and mindfulness. Time is allowed for restorative poses and Yoga Nidra practice to soothe the nervous system and nurture the body, mind, and spirit.

Linda Brown Arrandt

Linda Arrandt is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor and a Certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher and Roll Model Method Instructor.  Linda has been in the health care field for 25 years. Linda works with clients to help them live a life free from pain. As a health coach, Linda believes that through life-style change such as proper diet and exercise people will reduce inflammation in the body.

Linda Zanocco
Linda holds a Power Pilates Mat certification and is a ten year student of both Pilates and Yoga. Both practices were integral in building her foundation for Yoga Tune Up "3Ps"--Pain control, Posture and Proficiency of movement. YTU and RMM tools present an amazing short-cut to connect Mind with Body. In her experience, in addition to empowering individuals with effective self care resources they speed up the learning curve toward effective and safe movement.

Lisa is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher Trainer, offering the YTU Certification, Breath & Bliss Immersion, Core Immersion, Hips Immersion,  Shoulders Immersion Roll Model Method Training. 

A passionate, lifelong student of the body, Lisa has studied extensively in many forms of dance, yoga and strength training, with a new passion for boxing!
Since Personal Trainer certification, she enjoys adding weights, gymnastic principles and loaded movement to her own practice as well as helping her one-on-one clients and group classes.

Lisa fell in love with the therapeutic and healing aspects of Yoga Tune Up and felt it would help people with challenges that prevent them from doing everything they want to.
Lisa is a certified Yoga and Yoga Tune Up teacher whose goal it is to empower others to be mindful of their bodies while learning to heal themselves from the inside out. She believes that people deserve to live to their highest potential beginning with awareness in the body so they can make effective changes to live a better life. Lisa is honoured to help people in their healing journey.

Lisa Pitel-Killah

I am a Hair Mineral Analysis, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Kettlebell Sport World Champion.  I am a health, wellness and fitness advocate and believe that movement should be part of everyone's daily practice. I coach a Kettlebell Sport team in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and also work virtually providing online programming for kettlebells with athletes from all over the world. I use Yoga Tune Up to keep bodies strong and pain-free.

Lisa Salvucci

I am an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, also trained in Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga, who draws from all of these styles in my teaching. I received my 200 hour certification through Natasha Rizopoulos of YogaWorks, a system which incorporates the precision of Iyengar and the flow of Ashtanga. In addition to Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up® I also finds inspiration from Sarah Powers, Tias Little and Rod Stryker.

Liselotte is a Yoga Tune Up Teacher and a Roll Model Practioner based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
She is a passionate teacher who always strives to make her teaching creative and modern so it is both inclusive and challenging for her students and thereby effective.
-Besides that her classes have a relaxed and playful athmosphere where questions are welcomed.

LIZ FERRANTE

Liz owns and operates her own boutique exercise studio in Cleveland, Ohio and has been teaching group fitness since 2014.  She believes in the power of mind/body connection and encourages students to tune inward, stay present and lean into the sensations each posture brings. She thrives off the energy of a group class during which she teaches students to listen to the needs of their own body, which may vary day-to-day, and adjust postures accordingly.
