Maureen Mark

Yoga  and Yoga Tune Up® have led to never-ending discoveries about my body and mind.  As a career-driven Type A personality, yoga has given me balance in my life.  The breath, movement, and spirit of yoga brings new delights with each class that I take, each class that I teach and each training that I undertake.

Max Bayuk

As a competitive high school athlete, Max developed several chronic over-use injuries that left him on the sidelines for his senior year. His journey of fixing these injuries over the past 6 years has taught him the value in integrating one's movement practice -- be it sports, yoga, or any other kind of exercise -- with body work. He has developed a passion for self-myofascial release and its therapeutic effects, especially in combination with strategic stretching, correct posture, and a balanced lifestyle.

Megan Herdeg

Megan is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher and Yoga Tune Up® teacher. Megan's passion and drive to understand the body and how it works comes from her own personal journey to a pain free life after suffering a severe spinal injury as a child. First, with an interest in Bodywork, Megan received an associates degree in massage therapy in 2003 and began working with modalities such as deep tissue, lomi lomi, herbal poultice massage and hot stone therapy. In 2013 she traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to study Thai massage and Thai herbal therapy.

Melanie Hale

Hi I am Melanie Hale and I am a certified yoga instructor E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®. I have a BA in Psychology and Master of Arts in Public Administration. I have dedicated my career to providing social services to others because I believe that we must work together to care for each other and love each other.  I am also an explorer of movement and my body,  an explorer of my mind, and an explorer of my heart.

Melissa D. Tillman (Missy)

In 2018, Melissa completed her Roll ModelⓇ Method training with Alison Pignolet and in 2020, she completed the Yoga Tune UpⓇ teacher training certification under Laurel Beversdorf. She currently teaches Yoga Tune UpⓇ and Roll ModelⓇ through Movement Lab TN and occasional workshops and pop-classes in the greater Nashville area. She is registered with Yoga Aliance, RYT200, and is currently working on her YTT500 through Yoga Medicine.
