And not everyone is a pretzel, including me! Can’t touch your toes or sit cross-legged comfortably? That’s okay. I teach yoga and mobility work that serves your body as it is today. Everybody and every body is unique and how you move today is different from how you’ll move tomorrow.

Kati Terray

Kati Terray is the co-owner of Breakthrough Strength & Fitness in Woodland Hills, CA, and has been coaching clients to reach their fitness goals since 2009. In addition to being a Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a Level I teacher of iRest Yoga Nidra, a StrongFirst Level II Kettlebell and Barbell Instructor, a Functional Movement Specialist and a Precision Nutrition Coach.

Katie Rutterer

For 30+ years, Modern Dance was Katie Rutterer's main source of movement.  After discovering yoga, she realized that there was a spiritual component to her movement that had previously been missing and became an RYT-200 in 2011.  Katie discovered Yoga Tune Up ® through her work as a CrossFitting yoga teacher.  After becoming a CrossFit coach in 2016, she looked for ways to incorporate more yoga and body awareness into her athletes.  She became a Yoga Tune Up ® certified teacher in 2017.

Katrina Sukola

A mover and shaker, Katrina has had a lifelong relationship with movement, from aerial arts, ballet, flamenco, and other dance to sports including volleyball and track. After discovering yoga, she began exploring other yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Forest, Yin, and restorative yoga.

Katharine Wakeman Forline (Katy) is a Certified Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® Instructor,  Roll Model Method® Instructor, licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Move2Joy LLC. Now in her 50's, Katy specializes in encouraging aging bodies to keep moving with joy and healthful grace. She has been a high quality provider of massage therapy in the south central Connecticut area since 1984.

Kerstin Jager

Kerstin's experience with teaching and fitness spans studio and gym environments, and includes both yoga and personal training certifications. Her classes are infused with human anatomy and structured around a philosophy that basic understanding of human movement is key to a sustainable and happy yoga practice. Yoga has been part of her life since 2002. She is an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, completed her Yoga Tune Up® teacher certification in 2015, and the Roll Model Method® certification in 2019.

Kevyn McAnlis

Kevyn started practicing yoga during college in 2003 as a method for relaxation and stress relief. She fell in love with it and has been practicing ever since. Kevyn received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Biology from Texas Christian University. Her study of Anatomy and Physiology helped to deepen her practice. Her love for the body and how it functions inspired her to take her practice to the next level. In 2010 she received her 200 hour teacher training certification from Corepower Yoga in Aliso Viejo, California.
