So, as a fitness evangelist and instructor, Annette has been teaching a variety of fitness as well as mind/body classes. She is certified in Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aqua Aerobics, LesMills BodyBalance, BodyAttack and Zumba, and has studied with various well known teachers in the area.

A certified Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method practitioner, she has been a yoga teacher and massage therapist since 1991 with an AA degree in Advanced Massage Therapy and training and certifications in various healing movement modalities, including various styles of yoga asana practice, Pilates, fitness, and Yoga Tune Up®. She helps clients heal injuries with therapeutic yoga, Pilates, creative and enlightened movement, relaxation, and meditation.

Aracelly Latino-Feliz is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is the founder of The Movement Therapy Institute, a private physical therapy practice that strives to heal the body from a holistic approach and by improving functional movement patterns. Aracelly specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries and has worked with patients of all ages including; youth, collegiate, elite, professional athletes and members of all military branches. She is dedicated to resolving physical limitations to restore normal movement and improve human performance.

Ariel Kiley

Ariel Kiley is a yoga and meditation teacher, teacher trainer, published author, and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. Ariel has . been spokesperson and program designer for Equinox Fitness Clubs Regeneration classes. She created the 2018 "Yoga Fundamentals" program on DailyBurn.com. She is a lead teacher trainer for the fitness therapy system Yoga Tune Up®. Ariel also is co-creator and co-director of the Dou Yoga 200-hour teacher training. Ariel has published numerous posts and articles on the topics of yoga, meditation and yoga therapy.
