Amanda Winkler

Amanda Winkler, ERYT-200 is a NYC based yoga teacher, whose style is greatly influenced by her personal experience with yoga as a tool for self discovery, personal growth, and empowerment. As she found strength in movement, her fascination with the human body led her to study yoga anatomy extensively, and to become a certified Yoga Tune Up ® teacher under the tutelage of international movement specialist and renowned yoga teacher, Jill Miller.

Amanda Zerbini

Amanda Artz-Zerbini started her wellness career as a Massage Therapist and then completed her B.S. in Recreation Therapy at CSU, Chico. She worked as a Recreation Therapist with special populations (physical rehab, developmental and behavioral health) for a decade in both clinical & recreation settings. After having her own children, she completed a 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and and began teaching adult and kid fitness and yoga at the Mottino Family YMCA.

Andrea Gilks

I am ERYT in the Vinyasa tradition and have been teaching since 2011. I am also proud to be a Yoga Tune Up® Level 1 teacher, and a Roll Model Practitioner. Additional certifications I hold are Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for kids and teens, Restorative Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, and Core Pilates.  I have a 34 year background in dance and was a certified dance teacher.

Andrea Loper

Andrea Loper, MPA, M.A., E-RYT200, YACEP, is a Yoga Therapist, Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and Program Manager. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 1997 and I was first introduced to yoga in 2000 while in college. I became  "power yoga" or Vinyasa Flow style yoga instructor 2001. In 2003, I moved to Germany, where I instructed yoga, aqua aerobics and aqua therapy, pilates, and several other group exercise formats full-time.

Angela Bisanti

Angela Bisanti
Angela Bisanti RYT 500 and owner of bambooYOGA Studio in Forest Hills, NY.  Angela is certified in several styles of yoga and completed her 500-hour training in Advanced Asana and Yoga Therapy in Chennai, India.  She is a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher and a DONA® trained birth doula.  She teaches asana (poses), breath-work and mindfulness in a way that is deliberately paced and sequenced to thoroughly explore postures and transitions. The pace and sequence allow time for students to learn and explore while providing the platform for a safe and effective practice.

Ann Knighton

Ann Knighton has been committed to the health and well-being of the total individual for more than 20 years.  In addition to being a certified instructor in Callanetics, Healthy Back and Vinyasa Yoga, she is a level II Reiki practioner.  Her resume also includes "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" with Esther Gokhale and the MELT Method:  The New Art of Self-Care.
