Annette started practicing yoga 17 years ago. Few years later, she felt the urge to start teaching it to others. So, as a fitness evangelist and instructor, Annette has been teaching a variety of fitness as well as mind/body classes. She is certified in Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aqua Aerobics, LesMills BodyBalance, BodyAttack and Zumba, and has studied with various well known teachers in the area.
