Sarah Nelson

Besides being an animal lover, nature enthusiast, and creative spirit, I’m a certified yoga instructor who specializes in Forrest Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, and Roll Model Method® myofascial release, as well as other mindful movement and meditative practices. My goal as a yoga teacher and my dharma as a human is to support and inspire others to feel more at home and empowered in their own bodies, and to hold space for my students to cultivate curiosity about their own inner experiences and facilitate a nourishing mind+body+spirit connection.

Shari Williams

Love my Coregeous!
Shari is a Yogi and a Scientist. It's her passion for the practice of yoga which fuels her desire to teach. She has direct experience of healing and the significant transformation yoga offers & specifically the increase in strength and joint mobility Yoga Tune Up(R) provides.  You will be presented with instruction firmly rooted through her education in Kinesiology. The study of human movement. as well as her vast athletic, energetic and Yogic understanding.  She has 30 years of teaching and practice experience, Shari knows yoga!

Sharon Nikolai

My teaching path began in 1993 in Halifax Nova Scotia as a personal trainer. When our family relocated to Dubai, I began to develop my hatha yoga practice, which lead to teaching opportunities from 2006 onward. We relocated back to Ottawa Ontario where I had the honor of teaching within the Beyond Yoga Studio and Blue Bamboo community from 2011-2015.  One more move has landed me in Kelowna BC in 2015 looking for a yoga community that craves mindful yoga.

Sheena Nadeau

Sheena Nadeau Fitness Expert
Sheena is a Fitness Expert with  over 11 years of work and education experience in Physical Therapy and Personal Training. ​Sheena earned her BA in Sports Medicine and MA in Health, Exercise, and Sports Sciences from University of the Pacific, in addition to Doctoral Studies in Physical Therapy at USC. She holds certifications with NASM, NESTA, BootyBarre®, several group fitness methods, and is a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher.

Shelley Lambert

Shelley Lambert has made yoga part of her daily life for over twenty years.  She balances a busy career in software development with her love of growing food.  Shelley spends much of her spare time nurturing her food forest, growing mushrooms and building a natural garden. Yoga maintains a healthy mind, a connection to her inner self and the physical strength and adaptability to live well.  Shelley is a certified instructor for Hatha, Kundalini and Yoga Tune Up®, and teaches how to bring balance and awareness to our modern lifestyles.
