Suzanne M Muro

I am an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) have been teaching in the District of Columbia and Maryland since 2011 and completed my  Level One Certification in Yoga Tune Up®️ with Laurel Beversdorf in May 2019.  My love of many different forms of movement, and my curiosity, has led me to deepen my understanding of yoga through the lenses of anatomy and biomechanics as well as pursuing advanced trainings in private yoga and somatic movement.  I believe in order to live well we need to move well.  In my classes expect breath focused continous movement with little burs

Tam Nguyen

Tam and her husband Steve opened the Yoga Bungalow in January 2004. She has studied with Erich Schiffmann, Tracey Rich and Ganga White at the White Lotus Foundation, Arun Deva, Nischala Joy Devi, Jill Miller (Yoga Tune Up® certification ), Rolf Sovik (Himalayan Institute), Jack Kornfield (Spirit Rock). She is currently studying with yoga therapist, Amy Wheeler, Ph.D. She strives to be of service, continues to learn and share the delight and healing magic of yoga. She mixes an interesting blend of alignment, therapeutic flow, and mindfulness.

Ted Burnham

Ted is the Co-Founder of Dharma Yoga Nantucket and Co-Founder of the annual Nantucket Yoga Festival.
Ted’s practice has been a long and winding road. It began with an Asana practice at age 19, advanced meditation techniques years later, then more advanced practices nearly 20 years after that. In the end he earned a teaching certificate.

Tessa Watson Yoga
Tessa Watson is a knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate instructor.  She earned RYT-200 through 8 Limbs Yoga Centers, Seattle WA, is a certified prenatal yoga teacher through Yo Mama Yoga at Devi Yoga for Women, Boulder CO, and earned a BA in geology from Western State Colorado University, Gunnison CO. Tessa enjoys sharing movement and centering consciousness with her students as a path to greater awareness and mindfulness.  She enjoys weaving alignment and self massage into traditional yoga postures to bring unique classes to her students.

Tiffany Chambers-Goldberg

Tiffany is a certified Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher, an IAYT Yoga Therapist, certified Forest Yoga teacher, and a licensed Bodyworker. Tiffany has over 20 years of teaching experience in various movement practices. She teaches privately 6 days a week, and workshops nationally. Along with a vast anatomical comprehension, her sessions are dynamic, healing, and challenging. They allow students to manage chronic pain, regain mobility post surgery, increase range of motion, address "body blind spots", and simply, feel better in your body.

Tisha Hennen

After several years in the financial industry in New York City, Tisha found yoga as a means of finding calm and relieving stress in her challenging work life.  When she realized that through yoga, she could strengthen her body and calm her mind, she found herself increasingly drawn to her practice and became inspired to share this practice with others.  Through teaching, Tisha hopes to empower people to find greater balance and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
