Meet All Teachers

Austin Way

Austin Way
Health and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, for the fact that my mother has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years now.  Having a mentor like this helped me excel in athletics, and was a contributing factor to becoming a collegiate baseball player.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and a background in physical therapy, which allows me to design a proper exercise prescription for any fitness level.

Carly Wasserman, OTR/L

I completed my Master’s degree at University of Southern California and am a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist. During graduate school, in which I was learning how to empower people in the healing process of their minds and bodies, I found my own body was getting out of alignment. I was experiencing pain from repeating the same posture when studying and driving, which involved sitting, sitting and more sitting in the same position throughout the day! I stumbled upon a Yoga Tune Up® class after getting a random Group-on for a local yoga studio and fell in love with the practice.
