Nancy Drope


Nancy Drope is a movement specialist who advocates for optimal wellness with her students and private clients. Her career in physical movement commenced with her degree in Physical and Health Education at the University of New Brunswick where she was a varsity athlete. Her passion for movement led her to yoga where she discovered the full circle she had been searching for, the connection of body, mind and spirit ; with the expression of self through controlled movement and meditation had her hooked.

Nancy Bellantoni

Nancy is an integrated Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® instructor, a Roll Model® Method practitioner, has her 200 hour RYT from Pure Yoga, holds an MA in modern dance and a USCG 100-ton near coastal Masters license.

Nancy Bernhard

For decades I ran to relieve stress, but when my knees began to resist, I tried out an Iyengar yoga studio a few blocks from my apartment. I went to weekly classes for two years, learning fundamentals of alignment and breath, which kept me running awhile longer.

Nina Pitzel

Nina's focus is the use of physical movement to access and relieve points of tension, evening out the breath to provide strength and balance.
Her passion for movement has taken her through many styles of yoga and other physical disciplines. A practitioner of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, Nina has studied with many inspiring teachers including Jill Miller and Katy Bowman. She received her 500 hour teacher training under the guidance of Matt Huish Yoga. She is a certified Yoga Tune® Up teacher, certified Restorative Exercise Specialist™, and also certified with the Yoga Alliance.

Olga Kalinina

Olga began practicing  yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin) right after the high school. At the same time she completed her studies as a professional massage therapist and started to work in the gym where she got a chance to discover the world of fitness and personal training.

Orla Swift

Orla Swift
Orla teaches Yoga Tune-Up and barre weekly at Barre Up in Raleigh, N.C., and also therapy ball massage at Duke University in Durham, N.C. In addition to Yoga Tune Up, she is certified in BarreAmped, yoga (200 RYT) and Power Pilates Mat I & II.

Owen Grady

Owen has been passionate about moving his body through space and time his whole life and began his movement career as a National-level competitive cyclist and Nordic skier.  His interest in Yoga began 15 years ago with the study of Iyengar Yoga at Piedmont Yoga Studio in Oakland and has led him to a full-time career as a Pilates and Yoga instructor in the Bay Area since 2002.

Pamela Ferner

After a career committed to access in education, my attention has shifted to yoga, to healing, and all that connects to working from the inside out. Now a RYT500 and certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor, I studied hatha, pranayama, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy through Ahimsa Yoga, and practiced meditation both at the Dai Bosatsu Zendo and with Aaron Dias. This is a different type of hard work :).
