I came to Yoga Tune Up® by accident. I had been active in running for most of my life and as a result of my tight hamstrings found my way to Yoga. Many years later one of my friends asked me to come to a Yoga Tune Up® class I really thought it was just a beginners yoga class where we fine tune basic yoga poses. We worked on our feet and I was in for a whole new world of knowledge. I fell in love with fascia and the practice.
