    Tiffany Chambers-Goldberg

    Tiffany is a certified Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher, an IAYT Yoga Therapist, certified Forest Yoga teacher, and a licensed Bodyworker. Tiffany has over 20 years of teaching experience in various movement practices. She teaches privately 6 days a week, and workshops nationally. Along with a vast anatomical comprehension, her sessions are dynamic, healing, and challenging. They allow students to manage chronic pain, regain mobility post surgery, increase range of motion, address "body blind spots", and simply, feel better in your body.

    Tisha Hennen

    After several years in the financial industry in New York City, Tisha found yoga as a means of finding calm and relieving stress in her challenging work life.  When she realized that through yoga, she could strengthen her body and calm her mind, she found herself increasingly drawn to her practice and became inspired to share this practice with others.  Through teaching, Tisha hopes to empower people to find greater balance and self-awareness both on and off the mat.

    Todd Lavictoire

    Todd has degrees in Philosophy, Sociology and Education and finds ways to blend that knowledge with his passion of anatomy and movement. His focus is teaching self-care and pain reduction with the hopes of redefining the aging process. Students refer to Todd as “raw, real and fun” and they are often amazed at how quickly their lives are impacted by his teaching. Todd turned to yoga as his main movement practice to help heal his own pain. And, although the practice helped get him to a certain point, the traditional practice needed to be tailored to the 21st Century body.

    Years of living an active lifestyle, running marathons and triathlons left me with debilitating physical breakdowns and an unrestful mind.  In my quest to repossess a healthier body and mind, embarked on a learning trail about Yoga and its holistic benefits.  I’ve hit the jackpot picking up a wealth of tools to help heal my blind spots along my training explorations.  One of my favorite healing mash ups is Yoga Tune Up, a program created by Jill Miller which incorporates Corrective Exercise, Self-Massage and Yoga to help eradicated pain, improve posture and enhance performance.&

    Via Anderson is a 73 year old grandmother who lives to move and moves to live. She taught her first Yoga class in 2002 and has been gathering tools for intelligent movement, including Yoga Tune Up, BASI Pilates, and Ki-Hara Stretching, for herself and her students and clients ever since. Inspired and informed by modern-day movement and fitness heroes, Via works with athletes, seniors, persons with injuries, and persons who have (until now) resisted movement, helping them move better and live better in their bodies.
