Via Anderson is a 73 year old grandmother who lives to move and moves to live. She taught her first Yoga class in 2002 and has been gathering tools for intelligent movement, including Yoga Tune Up, BASI Pilates, and Ki-Hara Stretching, for herself and her students and clients ever since. Inspired and informed by modern-day movement and fitness heroes, Via works with athletes, seniors, persons with injuries, and persons who have (until now) resisted movement, helping them move better and live better in their bodies.
