Claiborne Davis made a break from nearly seven years as a television news producer to become an E-RYT 200, Integrated Yoga Tune Up®/Physio Tune Up™ teacher and group fitness instructor.  A fervent follower and player of tennis, he also burns through burpees at his CrossFit affiliate, actively combats ankylophobia among the masses and continues seemingly futile efforts to make cheesecake and deep-fried jalapeños into the perfect post-workout meal.  For information, go to claibornedavis.com.

Claudia Blasimann

Claudia Blasimann
Claudia Blasimann is back into human movement. After graduating as a physical education teacher from ETH Zurich, she worked as a sports journalist and project manager, all the while teaching group fitness classes and personal trainings. Her interest in different forms of training and relaxation modalities has lead her to take a broad range of teacher trainings. Claudia has a teaching background in CrossFit©, Yoga Tune Up©, PowerYoga, Pilates,  Sypoba, TRX Suspension and RIP Training. As a teenager she competed on an international level in synchronized swimming.

I am the ower of Cleo's Massage Therapy, I have spent my career and contiune to spend my time learning about the body and proper joint-movent. I am a Massage therapist/Instructor, Cert. Sports Massage, Graston Specialist, NCSF Personal Therapist, PFTA hands on Personal Trainer Cert., FMS-Functional Movement Screening, Role Model Method, Yoga Tune up Certification Training.  This journey on the body self awareness, is so fascinating and I will continue to provide a invaluable servie to people who are in pain, recovery from injuries or experiencing pain.

As an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I focus specifically on pregnancy and postpartum exercise and entire-family, outdoor play time. Corey Wright
Corey comes to Yoga Tune Up ® with a desire to help others alleviate pain in their bodies. He brings with him a passion for fitness and human movement after years of participating in everything from cycling to weightlifting. Working as a technical analyst in the corporate IT world has acquainted Corey with the perils of sitting and less than stellar posture. He is passionate about de-stressing and down regulation and believes them vital to health and longevity.

Courteney Mitchell

Courteney has been practicing yoga regularly since 2001, and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Pure Yoga with Marc McDonald and Kay Kay Clivio.  She turned to teaching because she felt she had gained so much from the practice (particularly the ability to breathe), and that it was her duty to pay that knowledge forward to others.  Her philosophy is that the more ways you can learn to move your body, the better off you will be – one of the reasons she also holds licenses to teach Zumba and TRX, as well as AFAA Group Exercise and Cycling certificates.  Over the y

Darcy is a 500-RYT and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine - New York City, in December, 2013 and is licensed in New York State. Darcy has been teaching yoga since 2004. David Ibrahim

David is a certified 200 and 500 RYT. He has trained in Yoga Tune Up®, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Various forms of Meditation, Kriya, Chair, Restorative, and Yoga Therapy. He is currently training in the Level 3 Yoga Therapy RX Program at Loyola Marymount University. He has created Raja Yoga Flow, and also Therapeutic Yoga, which specializes in Brain and Spinal Trauma patients. He is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
