Brendan Jensen

  Brendan spends the majority of his time teaching in Downtown Toronto.  He has also co-led international retreats that offer intensive explorations in the practice of togetherness; operating from the belief that people thrive in community, where the individual can find personal definition in the transformative force of fellowship.

 Brendan is eager to learn and grow with anyone willing to enter the studio and share their practice. He offers an open mind and heart with a healthy dose of realism; exemplified in one of his late mothers favourite quotes:

Brittany Brie D'Amico

Brittany Brie’s experience, passion for movement and love for helping others have all driven her to develop classes that inspire, challenge and motivate. As a graduate of York University’s Dance program, Brittany Brie learned the significance of caring for her body.  As a professional dancer, she quickly realized the demands that her craft required not only on her body, but on her mind too. Teaching the why behind movement became very important to her.

Caitlin Melone

I am a registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level and a Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® Instructor. Through my yoga practice I have discovered a greater body and breath awareness, leading to a calmer mind and happier being. My classes are light-hearted and accessible. I encourage students to meet themselves where they are and to enjoy the journey.

Candice Brown

As a Certified Exercise Physiologist with CSEP, I have over 15 years of experience in health and fitness program development, implementation, and evaluation in both team and leadership roles.  In this time, I have enjoyed delivering health and wellness workshops, conducting health measures, doing research, bringing vitality and health back to injured clients, promoting physical activity, and living as an example of my passion for health.

Cari Devine Bjelajac

Cari has spent her entire  life in motion! Her lifelong passion to study human movement, performance and the influence the CNS (Central Nervous System) has on human adaptation have empowered her to evolve as an instructor and personal trainer. A career spanning thirty five years, Cari participated in the birth of the fitness movement of the 1980's. From studying Kinesiology while teaching classes at Jane Fonda's Workout to today, her passion for teaching students to embrace daily movement AND their bodies has set her apart.

Carly Wasserman, OTR/L

I completed my Master’s degree at University of Southern California and am a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist. During graduate school, in which I was learning how to empower people in the healing process of their minds and bodies, I found my own body was getting out of alignment. I was experiencing pain from repeating the same posture when studying and driving, which involved sitting, sitting and more sitting in the same position throughout the day! I stumbled upon a Yoga Tune Up® class after getting a random Group-on for a local yoga studio and fell in love with the practice.

Carole Houde
Carole has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and is an E-RYT 500 certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher, Yoga Tune Up® Level 1, Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher. She is also a certified Pilates Instructor, The Barre Method® teacher, Personal Trainer and certified Nutrition Counsellor and most recently completed her Canadian Centre for Active Aging and Essentrics® Level 1 training.  She is passionate about wellness and believes that coming to the mat is a journey of self-discovery.

Casey Easton is an RMT, an E-RYT, an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher, a retired perinatal specialist and a mother of two incredible half-sized humans. She resides in Carleton Place where she practices massage therapy, teaches movement and breaks into spontaneous dance parties.
