Betsy Shilling leads intelligently sequenced soulful Vinyasa classes and transformative Yoga Tune Up ® inspired classes. Bob Davis

A Father to four grown children, Yoga came naturally to Bob as he discovered after being introduced to it by his eldest daughter. Following his early retirement from a 30 year career in engineering, he joined a gym to get his body back in shape. He fell in love with the Yoga and Pilates classes. Inspired by an a fellow member who completed teacher training through the club, Bob took the plunge and has been  teaching Yoga  since completing his 200hr teacher training in May 2013.

Brittany Brie D'Amico

Brittany Brie’s experience, passion for movement and love for helping others have all driven her to develop classes that inspire, challenge and motivate. As a graduate of York University’s Dance program, Brittany Brie learned the significance of caring for her body.  As a professional dancer, she quickly realized the demands that her craft required not only on her body, but on her mind too. Teaching the why behind movement became very important to her.

Cari Devine Bjelajac

Cari has spent her entire  life in motion! Her lifelong passion to study human movement, performance and the influence the CNS (Central Nervous System) has on human adaptation have empowered her to evolve as an instructor and personal trainer. A career spanning thirty five years, Cari participated in the birth of the fitness movement of the 1980's. From studying Kinesiology while teaching classes at Jane Fonda's Workout to today, her passion for teaching students to embrace daily movement AND their bodies has set her apart.
