Dawn Adams

Dawn has been practicing yoga since the mid-1990s. She took her first class at the Alameda Yoga Station in 1996 and has since studied under experienced teachers such as Sandy Blaine, JoAnn Lyons, and Donald Moyer. Dawn graduated from the Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Room in Berkeley in 2009 and she continues to deepen her personal practice. Yoga has become an integral part of her life, especially because of its nurturing and centering aspects. Through practicing yoga, she has found that undoing is just as important as doing.

I am an Intuitive Creative Yoga Wellness Guide with years of well-rooted experience.  I am Certified as a Yoga Tune Up and Roll Model Teacher as well as The Bridge to Recovery Program - working with pain, trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.  An Intuitive Reiki Master, Mediation and Mindfulness Breathing Guide, sharing my  knowledge with audiences in studios, schools, corporate boardrooms, private groups, and leading retreats.  My classes are soft, smooth, creative and guided with love and acceptance.

Denise Hopkins

Denise Hopkins Yoga Tune Up
Denise Hopkins began her yoga journey after working for 13 years in the NYC fashion industry.  Yoga became her saving grace to the competitive nature of the business.  In 2005, she decided to take the Forrest Yoga training based on gut instinct. It was life changing.  She completed her training with founder Ana Forrest in and has spent over 10 years teaching in NYC and more recently in the Hudson Valley.  She is a Forrest Yoga Mentor (Guardian) Teacher and leads classes, teacher trainings, and retreats nationally.

Diana Duncan

Diana is certified in Yoga Tune Up®, the Roll Model Method®, and The Melt Method®.  Along with being a licensed massage therapist, she is also an Upledger® trained Craniosacral Therapist. The common thread within these disciplines is to intentionally engage the body’s tissues in movement and effectively turn on its innate and potent self healing capacity. She discovered yoga and Pilates almost two decades ago during her massage therapy training in New York City.
