For years, movement has interspersed my life with health, joy and adventure. By teaching mindful movement classes my hope is that others will share in the joy of movement and awaken to their own abundant level of fitness.

Registered Yoga Teacher- 200 hour level. Certified in Nutrition & Fitness, San Diego Mesa College. Certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher. Certified in Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball training. Completed Yoga Tune Up® Shoulder Immersion, Hips, Breathe & Bliss and Core Immersions.

Christina Medina

Christina Medina, RYT 200 is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Her passion in life is to age with grace AND share that passion with others by helping them to live, move, and feel better in their body naturally. When she isn¹t spending time with her husband of 30 years or her four adult daughters, you can find her studying topics like anatomy, biomechanics, or nutrition, coaching clients to live the healthiest version of themselves, or cooking up something gluten, grain, and sugar free in the kitchen.

Christina Summerville

Christina has been a physical therapist for over 20 years.  She is a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is also a certified MELT Method® Instructor.  Christina's passion is to inspire and empower her clients to rid themselves of pain and injury so they can perform at their BEST and live life to the FULLEST.  She started her own small fitness and wellness business, Summerville Fitness, to help merge the worlds of healthcare and fitness, making instruction in quality movement accessible in a private wellness sessions or group classes.

CJ Lamborn
I believe in the power of practice.  I believe in the limitless potential of the individual.  I believe that yoga is many things and at least one of those things is for you.   For me, yoga means sanity.  It is my grounding force.  The practice centers me: mind, body and soul. It’s the consistent practice of quieting the noise; that which exists both within and all around us.  It’s the practice of uncovering life’s gifts when we stop trying to be what we are not and learn to see what is.

Cindy Lou Kelley

Cindy Lou teaches Yoga Tune Up for Self Care twice weekly in addition to Hatha Yoga and Yin/Restorative. She has been practicing since 2007, took her 200 hour TT with YogaWorks in 2011 and 300 hour TT in 2013. In 2016, she took her first YTU class and found her passion.

Cintia Hongay

Cintia F. Hongay, PhD (Genetics), KYT 200+ and Yoga Tune Up(R) teacher, has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. Her first training was in the Iyengar method with Candace Carey in Belmont, MA, where she gained knowledge of body alignment and proper use of yoga props to be able to relax in the pose and attain a meditative state. She practiced and enjoyed yoga pre-during-and post-pregnancy and knows first-hand how to modify asanas for the developing belly.
