Chloe Whitfield

Chloe came to yoga as a way to keep fit.  At the time, she was an unhappy lawyer needing release from stress created by her job.  A blessing in disguise pushed her to sign up for her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013.  It was during this time that she was introduced to the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.  After a year of teaching yoga, Chloe completed the Yoga Tune Up® Level 1 Certification with Todd Lavictoire and Amanda Tripp.

Originally from Canada, Chloe now resides in the Netherlands and is converting the Dutch into Yoga Tune Up® ball-ievers.

CJ Lamborn
I believe in the power of practice.  I believe in the limitless potential of the individual.  I believe that yoga is many things and at least one of those things is for you.   For me, yoga means sanity.  It is my grounding force.  The practice centers me: mind, body and soul. It’s the consistent practice of quieting the noise; that which exists both within and all around us.  It’s the practice of uncovering life’s gifts when we stop trying to be what we are not and learn to see what is.
