I am a 200 HR RYT who loves helping people increase mobility while also decreasing stress.  I discovered yoga several years ago and immediately fell in love with it when the teacher literally relaxed every muscle in my body simply with her voice during savasana. I had to learn this magic!!  Several years later, my favorite asana to teach and to practice is still savasana.

Heather Wielgos, CMT

Heather is passionate about bodywork and movement.  She has been an nationally certified massage therapist thought the NCBTMB since 2008 and is a California certified massage therapist (CMT).  Over the course of the last eight years of her bodywork career Heather's philosophy on movement has evolved through the teachings of people like Perry Nickelston, Kelly Starrett, and Jill Miller. Constantly looking for answers to help improve the quality of life of her patients is what drives Heather as a bodyworker.

Heidi Broecking

Heidi found her yoga and meditation practices twenty years ago as a new parent. While primarily a Zen practitioner, she has discovered many different meditation methods and believes there is an opportunity for meditation and mindfulness in any (and every) action or moment. She received her certification as an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher in 2014. Heidi is a 500-hour educated RYT and received her 200-hour and 300-hour advanced certifications in 2010 and 2018 respectively. She has also completed additional anatomy coursework with Tiffany Cruikshank.

I have been teaching movement  for over 25 years, owning and managing a successful studio and teaching private classes as well. I believe in living life fully, engaging both the mental and physical body.  And with that, I want to share my energy to assist people in understanding they have the  tools and empowerment to be healtheir and stronger and live a quality life, no matter what age.  Throughout my career I have continually taken steps to educate myself in various modalities such as pilates,  yoga and strength training.

Helen Maria Keenan- Roll Model®, YTU and Vinyasa yoga teacher
Helen Keenan, YTT 200, is the first Yoga Tune Up® teacher in the UK, and one of only three Roll Model® Method teacher trainers across Europe. Her teaching career began rooted in vinyasa yoga, inspired and influenced by her background in dance and recreational athletic sporting. Helen specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and safe practice for dancers and athletes. Helen provides teacher trainings, workshops, private sessions in the UK and Ireland, with retreats also taking place in selected countries across Europe.

Holly Clemens

Holly Clemens, Ph.D. is a Professor of Sport & Exercise Studies at Cuyahoga Community College, a Certified Teacher for Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains, a Yoga Tune-Up Certified Teacher, and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).   Holly has a Ph.D. in Health Education & Promotion, M.Ed. in Exercise Science, and B.S. in Physical Education.   She has been teaching at the College level for 20+ years, with an emphasis in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and exercise testing/exercise prescription.

Many have called me a natural healer following the lineage  of my Great Grandmother.  My interest in Yoga Tune Up started as a cost effective alternate  to the $10,000 I was spending on health practitioners to help me deal with my pain and migraines.  Being able to manage my physical limitations without drugs or frequent appointments to Physio, Chiropractic, message and acupuncture specialist gave me my active life back. It is amazingly freeing to have control of what I do and when I can for it.

I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, and am passionate about integrating my diverse background to help others. I completed YogaWorks' 200-hour teacher training and ISHTA Yoga's 300-hour training in New York City, as well as numerous other specialty trainings including prenatal, postnatal and restorative yoga.
