Plantar Fascitis, Hyper-Mobile Ankle, Tight Calves
While wrapping the strap around the ankles, make sure to pull the inner ankle bones all the way together, don’t let them drift apart. Breathe deeply as if your breath could reach all the way down to the soles of your feet.
