Repetitive stress from any activity, however, that overuses these muscles can contribute to serious pain in these regions. Tips:
Have patience, hand muscles may exhaust easily at first, you will build more endurance over time. Keep your spinal posture upright and stable, no hunching. Breathe deeply as if the hands were an extension of your lungs.
