Debra L Kistner

Debra Kistner, 500 RYT, 200 E-RYT, has been teaching yoga since October 2008.  I became a Certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher in October of 2019, also completing the Roll Model® Method course in 2020.  I also have a 250-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training certificate and have completed the TRX Suspension Training Course.    I teach a variety of yoga, fitness, and specialty classes and workshops at Prana Yoga and Dance LLC in Broadview Heights, Ohio.  I enjoy sharing my love of yoga and fitness with my students.  I also enjoy adding in new and fun ways of working out as well as learning new techniques to share during practice.  I worked over 15 years in the corporate world as the firm administrator of a law firm as well as a corporate accountant, I keep those skills going as Prana’s Accountant as well!   Finding a regular yoga practice grounded and energized my life and I became a teacher to help others find the same.  “I enjoy everything in moderation, from walking the Cleveland Metroparks, to golfing, biking, practicing yoga at Prana and traveling!  Be present in each, and every moment, pay attention and come from a place of PEACE!”
