Elizabeth Pezzello

Elizabeth is originally from Mount Kisco, New York, and is currently living in Naples, Florida. As a competitive swimmer, black belt in karate, and lifelong athlete, she has always been the go-to person for fitness and health tips in her circle of family and friends. In addition to Yoga Tune Up, Elizabeth is also a USA certified swim coach, MOSSA Group Active Trainer, and pursuing her second Masters degree in Human Nutrition. Elizabeth hopes to help her clients achieve their goals in all aspects of health and wellness and incorporate functional medicine and holistic nutrition.
