Hi, I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500) who has been intrigued with human movement my entire life.  I have studied respiration, anatomy, physiology, movement science and mindfulness meditation.    I empower my clients with self-discovery information tools, prevention tips and self-care techniques to manage aches and pains (both for the physical and the mental types of pain). I design customized yoga, mobility and mind based mental toughness meditation practices for those seeking limitless possibilities  and believe you are never too old to change for the better. I believe breathing biomechanics that incorporate mindfulness and movement modalities used as cross-training method complement everything we do in life and nothing physical or mental should stand in our way from flexin’!

I am a Functional Movement Systems Specialist (FMS L-2), a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Yoga Tune Up® Teacher & Roll Model® Method Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Mind Based Stress Reduction certified, a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance (YACEP®) and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) Practitioner. 

I graduated with a BA from Purdue University and worked in the global futures (commodities) industry and technology consulting (low stress jobs ;) before creating Flex Yoga, LLC, a movement and mindfulness company to assist everyone and anyone in becoming a better, happier, and content version of them self every day.
