A Little About Me
My Specialties: 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga certication and YTU certification
In 2013 I began my Yoga Teacher Training in the Kripalu discipline of Yoga at Discovery Yoga and completed my studies there in 2017 with a 500 hour YTT certification.
In 2019 I became a certified teacher in Yoga Tune Up®.
Also included in my certificates of studies are anatomy, pranayama, Ayurvedic Immersion, meditation, fascia self massage, Inclusivity for Yoga, and Yoga Nidra
