Margaret Hillier

Owner and operator of a home studio in Westboro Village, Ottawa, Ontario. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2016. While I have tried different styles of yoga, a slower practice, where the emphasis is on the movement, what is happening in the body, and why, is what I enjoy. So that is what I teach. That is also what drew me to Yoga Tune Up®️. The why is what intrigues me. Picturing what is happening in the body and helping students understand so they can listen to their bodies and make good decisions for their body on any given day - that's the magic for me.
