A Little About Me
Orla teaches Yoga Tune-Up and barre weekly at Barre Up in Raleigh, N.C., and also therapy ball massage at Duke University in Durham, N.C. In addition to Yoga Tune Up, she is certified in BarreAmped, yoga (200 RYT) and Power Pilates Mat I & II.
