A Little About Me
Pam is a movement educator & coach currently teaching online and in Kingston, Ontario. Her yoga classes are all about helping women in their 50's & 60's+ to reaffirm both strength and ease in our embodied selves. Classes feel less about exercise and more about dissolving barriers and clearing debris in the mind and body. They are truly a place to unwind and re-energize. In Pam's classes you can expect a seamless combination of traditional yoga asana, a playful anatomy-informed Yoga Tune Up® approach and recognition of the rhythms of nature. Every class advances breath awareness, while some incorporate or fully focus on the wonders of self-massage using Roll Model® therapy balls. All classes & workshops are small as large numbers are just not her cup of tea.Â
