I have been teaching movement for over 25 years, owning and managing a successful studio and teaching private classes as well. I believe in living life fully, engaging both the mental and physical body. And with that, I want to share my energy to assist people in understanding they have the tools and empowerment to be healtheir and stronger and live a quality life, no matter what age. Throughout my career I have continually taken steps to educate myself in various modalities such as pilates, yoga and strength training. In April of 2013 I certified as a Yoga Tune Up® instructor and in 2016 I certified as a Roll Model Method® practioner. In the last 5 years I have continued my ongoing education with the YTU® Integrated Anatomy, Core, Hips and Shoulders Immersions, as well as taken the Original Strength Workshop with Tim Anderson . I use a creative and practical approach to exercise with an innovative eye on movment and biomechanics - connecting the dots between many modalities. I like to have fun and always use the Roll Model therapy balls as a way to find our bodies blind spots and better mobilze thru self massage. Recently I relocated to Kailua Kona Hawaii, to be nearer my grandchildren. I continue to teach private classes on this beautiful island in the Pacific! ~ Aloha!
