Linda holds a Power Pilates Mat certification and is a ten year student of both Pilates and Yoga. Both practices were integral in building her foundation for Yoga Tune Up "3Ps"--Pain control, Posture and Proficiency of movement. YTU and RMM tools present an amazing short-cut to connect Mind with Body. In her experience, in addition to empowering individuals with effective self care resources they speed up the learning curve toward effective and safe movement. As a teacher it's exciting to see students work with greater body awareness and intelligence as well as to help them achieve their personal goals. Linda's BS in Medical Technology and MBA with college level teaching experience were great preparation for the study of human anatomy and movement as well as a perfect training ground to develop class room skills. She continues to hone those skills with each teaching session and training. For Linda YTU and RMM training have been fantastic aids in integrating her disparate abilities and passions.
