Tune Up Fitness corrective exercise formats help you identify and balance your “body blind spots.” These are areas of your body that are often overused, underused, misused or abused, and thus create an element of physiological imbalance.

Your body is one fully interconnected organism, so the source of pain, weakness and imbalance is typically not at the point you feel it. Our formats, through a combination of specialized rolling (self myofascial release), breath mechanics, and movement techniques, empower you reach the source of those spots to help you feel better in your body.

The Roll Model® Method

The Roll Model® Method

is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). Through the use of specific techniques, the Roll Model Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy to help improve mobility, increase range of motion and enhance circulation.
